Loli Grail War – Prologue of Hayate Yagami

Riot Force 6, a special division of the Time-Space Administration Bureau, led by Lieutenant Colonel Hayate Yagami. Its main objective is searching for and securing Lost Logia, objects of ancient power. Some time ago, there were rumors of a new Lost Logia, and Hayate issued Yuuno Scrya, keeper of the Infinite Library, to find as much information about it as possible.

“Did you tell anyone else about this yet?” Hayate inquired.

“No ma’am.” Yuuno replied as he opened one of the books he gathered. “Now look at this. The Lost Logia you asked me to research, the ‘Holy Grail’. There isn’t a lot of information I was able to find, but from what I was able to piece together, it seems like it’s some kind of Magical Device capable of granting whatever wish the holder desires.”

“Boooooring. That’s what most Lost Logia was invented for.” Hayate interjected.

“Yes, but most Lost Logia don’t have the power to go as far as rewriting time.”

“Huh?”

“Prior to the Holy Grail appearing, it seems to be necessary to participate in this ritual known as the Holy Grail War.” Yuuno continued. ”Seven people are chosen as ‘Masters’ and each Master is accompanied by a ‘Servant’ which is summoned by the power of the Grail. These Servants must then fight to the death until one remains. The remaining Master/Servant pair may then obtain the Grail and have their wish fulfilled.”

“Fight to the death? You know the bureau’s not gonna be too keen on that.”

“Well, it says that there only has to be one Servant remaining. So in theory, you just have to eliminate all of those. However, these Servants are no ordinary beings; they’re known as Heroic Spirits and are the manifestations of heroes from across time and space. Consequently, taking the Master out of the equation is a much easier task.”

“I see. Still, if we are to secure this Lost Logia, we might have to do it strictly off the record.” Hayate said thoughtfully.

“I agree. Especially once you see what’s needed for the summoning.” Yuuno flipped several pages of the book and showed it to Hayate. “First, you need to draw a magic circle according to these instructions, then you need an ‘artifact’ of the Servant you want to summon, and finally you need to recite the incantation.”

“What? Let’s see here…” Hayate took the book out of Yuuno’s hands and took a closer look. “Bla bla bla…. Draw in BLOOD?!” She said in surprise. “That’s so… archaic!”

“Yes, but unfortunately it’s the only way.” Yuuno responded, showing a video on a holographic screen. “I’ve found a partial record of someone re-enacting the ritual with a regular Mid-Childan circle. Needless to say, it didn’t end well.”

“I’ll say, that’s disgusting.”

Suddenly they heard a noise coming from around the corner. Hayate responded immediately, commanding her Unison Device, Reinforce Zwei. “Rein, Ring Bind!” The small device complied and quickly bound the eavesdropper before Hayate rounded the corner.

“Subaru!?” Hayate exclaimed, seeing who it was that overheard her conversation.

“Eheheheh… Hi.” Subaru replied sheepishly.

“What you did is simply inexcusable!” Hayate scolded Subaru.

After finding out Subaru was eavesdropping in the library, Hayate took her to her office for a punishing lecture.

“But I want to go with you, you’re going on this awesome adventure-”

“ABSOLUTELY NOT! This isn’t some little adventure.” Hayate countered, slamming a hand on her desk. “There’s the use of magic that’s so archaic, it could really kill you! It’s a completely different ballpark.”

“But-”

“NO! I won’t allow you to do it. Do you understand?” Hayate snarled.

“Yes, ma’am.” Subaru said disappointedly.

“Good, now go to your room. Rein, please escort her.”

“Roger that.” Reinforce replied before guiding Subaru to the door and following her to her room.

“Now, time to set up preparations.” Hayate said to herself while opening a channel. “Long Arch 1, make a reservation for me at a hotel in this city. I’m going to investigate a Lost Logia in that area, and I need a place to stay.”

Roger that, ma’am.” Long Arch 1 replied.

“Good work. Over and out.” Hayate closed the communications channel and then looked out of her window, overlooking most of the Time-Space Administration Bureau, before muttering to herself.

“Ufufufu… An item so powerful, it can warp time. And the one allowed to obtain it is chosen via a series of violent battles. Ufufufu… I can’t wait to win.”

[Loli Grail War (name subject to change) currently known rules]

These are some of the rules currently known for the soon to start RP project.

1) Masters and Servants can be existing RP accounts that are barely active. Only 1 (one) account per person of either Master xor Servant.
2a) Servants can be historical or mythical figures. Most characters known from the Fate franchise are not allowed for obvious reasons. (A black- and whitelist will follow soon.)
2b) Servants are preferably seperate accounts. Playing another Master’s Servant would get quite complicated.
2c) Servant identities should preferably be kept secret at the start. If this can’t be done, then this rule can be considered void.
3) Servants must have their details DM’d to and approved by the Overseer (either from themselves, or their Master) before they’re eligible to enter. Details include the name, class, and name of the Servant’s Noble Phantasm.
4) At a designated date and time, all Master accounts will recite the Servant Summoning incantation simultaneously each a different line as seen in Fate/Zero episode 1. (Incantation can be found here.)

These rules should give a general picture of how it’s gonna work.

“What the hell? People still ship me with him?”

WHOOP! That’s not right!

Oh, I know, I could call up a third cousin of mine. He has a way of… “dealing” with… “unneeded” people.
